When requesting a refund, we attentively ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
- You are within the first 30 days of the none-trial yearly subscription purchase. No refund shall be granted after 30 days from the day of purchase;
- You are within the first 14 days of the trial yearly subscription auto-draft. No refund shall be granted after 14 days from the day of auto-draft;
- You are within 10 days on a yearly auto-renewal. We send an automated email 7 days prior to the renewal date to the email address that is associated with a license. You may use this opportunity to cancel a subscription before the renewal auto-draft is automatically processed.
By purchasing a premium software from our online store, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
